How much does it cost to rent a bus in Dubai?
Bus rental in Dubai starts from around AED 170 for a small van transfer and scales up with vehicle size, hours and route. Every price is a from-rate with the driver included; you receive a fixed written quotation once we know your group size, pick-up point, date and duration.
Is the driver included in these prices?
Yes. A professional RTA-licensed driver is included in every rate shown. You only travel; the driver handles the route, parking and traffic.
Are fuel, Salik and VAT included?
Fuel within Dubai city limits is included. Salik tolls, out-of-city mileage, extended waiting and VAT are itemised transparently in your written quote, so there are no surprises.
Do you offer weekly, monthly and staff-contract rates?
Yes. Weekly, monthly and long-term staff-transport contracts are available at reduced rates — for example fixed daily routes with the same dedicated coach and driver. Share your route and schedule for a contract quotation.
Can I get a bus cheaper than other Dubai rental companies?
Our published van and minibus rates are set to stay competitive against other Dubai operators. If you have a written quote from another company, send it over and we will do our best to match or better it on a like-for-like vehicle.
How do I confirm a booking?

We operate RTA-regulated passenger transport with licensed drivers and vehicles that undergo regular safety checks. Specific licensing or safety documents for your booking can be requested during the quotation process.
Are your vehicles insured?
Our fleet operates under the insurance arrangements required for licensed passenger transport in the UAE. Customers who need confirmation of coverage for a specific booking should request this when the quotation is prepared.
Is a driver mandatory, or can I rent a bus for self-drive?
A driver is mandatory. UAE passenger transport regulations require licensed commercial buses and vans to be operated by a professional driver, so all our vehicles are rented with a driver included.
What happens if the vehicle breaks down during my trip?
In the rare event of a breakdown, our team will work to arrange a replacement vehicle as quickly as possible so your journey can continue. Any guaranteed response time should be confirmed for time-sensitive bookings.
Are your buses air-conditioned and do they have onboard amenities?
Yes, our fleet is air-conditioned for comfortable travel in Dubai’s climate. Amenities vary by vehicle and can include a sound system, microphone or screens on selected buses – confirm the exact features of your assigned vehicle when booking if this matters for your trip.
What documents do I need to provide when booking?
Most bookings only need a contact name, phone number and trip details. Corporate customers setting up an account or requesting an LPO may additionally be asked for a trade license copy or company billing details.
Are pets allowed on board?
Pet policies depend on the vehicle and service type. Let us know in advance if you plan to bring a pet so we can confirm whether it can be accommodated and advise on any conditions.
